When this crazy world doesn’t
seem to cease
I think of a man who is all
about Peace.
He lives on the coast with an
incredible wife
A bird and a dog, he has a
good life.
This man speaks things straight
from his heart
And only asks, that you too
make that start.
The first step is all that you
really need
on the road ahead
for you to succeed.
The success I’m talking
not the material kind
it’s the journey we take
in our spiritual mind
What an impact on me
this person has made
When I think of him
I don’t feel so afraid
What a way to be
if we all could see
that this man that has peace
it’s the ultimate key
This man that I speak of
and am proud to say
is my very own dad
and I wouldn’t want
him any other way.
